These terms are about using our website and applying online. They do not create a loan. If we offer you a loan, the credit contract, pre-contractual statement, information statement, repayment schedule and any direct debit authority set out the terms of that loan.
1. About us
This service is run by Evercrest Finance Pty Ltd, ACN 701 223 261, ABN 19 701 223 261. Our registered address is Suite 17, 89-97 Jones Street, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia. You can contact us through our Support page. "Evercrest", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using the website or sending an application, you agree to these terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. We ask for your consent to electronic documents separately. If you do not agree, please do not apply.
3. Who can apply
You must be 18 or older, live in Australia, want the loan for personal or household use, have an Australian bank account and regular income we can check, and be able to complete our identity and money checks. Meeting these does not mean you will be approved.
4. Your application
- Give us complete, current and true information, and tell us if something important changes before you sign.
- You allow us to check your information with identity, bank data, fraud, Services Australia and credit reporting services, where you have agreed or the law allows.
- We may ask for more information, decline an application that is not complete, or ask a person to look at it more closely.
- A message on the website, an estimate or a conditional approval is not a promise to lend. A loan only exists once we have finished our assessment, you have signed the contract and any conditions are met.
- If you said you would consider a smaller amount, we may look at one. It must still meet what you need, and you choose whether to accept it.
5. Lending responsibly
We will ask about your situation and take reasonable steps to check it. We will not lend if we decide the loan would be unsuitable for you. Our Target Market Determination explains who the loan is designed for, and how we make sure we only offer it to them.
6. Our loan and its price
Medium amount credit contract
Evercrest will offer one loan: a medium amount credit contract. You get $2,050 to $4,600 in cash, over 3 or 6 months. The $400 establishment fee is added to the loan, so the loan amount is $2,450 to $5,000. You choose your first repayment date before you sign: any day from 7 days after we pay the loan. Interest is fixed at 46.50% p.a. (comparison rate 64.63% p.a.*). The total cost always stays within the legal limit.
Your offer and contract show the exact amount, fees, interest rate, repayments and total you will repay.

*Comparison rate based on an unsecured loan of $2,500 over 2 years with fortnightly repayments and a $400 establishment fee. Evercrest does not currently offer a 2-year term; current loan terms are 3 or 6 months. WARNING: This comparison rate is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate.
These examples assume every repayment is made on time and the loan is not paid off early. Your actual cost depends on your amount, length, fees and dates.
8. Electronic documents
If you agree, we will send you guides, disclosures, contracts, statements, notices and other documents by email, SMS, your secure account or another way we agree. Please keep your contact details up to date. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us, but we may then not be able to offer you our online service. Electronic signatures and records may be used where the law allows.
9. Repayments, paying early and missed payments
Your contract sets your repayment dates and how you pay. Please make sure the money is in your account for each direct debit. You can pay the loan off early at any time with no fee: you only pay interest up to the day you pay it off. If you think you will have trouble paying, contact us early for hardship help. A $35 fee applies to each repayment that is missed or fails. If an overdue loan is sent to an external debt collection agency, reasonable collection costs may be added. Default fees, credit reporting and any enforcement are limited to what the contract and the law allow.
10. Keeping things safe
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, use someone else's information without their permission, pretend to be someone else, upload harmful code or use the service unlawfully. Keep your codes private and tell us if you think someone has used your account.
11. Our information and availability
Information on our website is general. It does not take into account your goals, situation or needs. We try to keep it accurate and the website available, but we do not promise it will always work, or promise an instant decision, approval or same-day payment. When money reaches you depends on your checks, signing your contract, our processes and your bank.
12. Our content and other websites
We own or have the right to use the content, branding and software on our website. You may view or download our documents for your own use. Links to other websites are there to help you. Those websites are run by others, who are responsible for their content and privacy.
13. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms takes away a guarantee, remedy or right that the law says cannot be taken away, including under consumer and credit laws. Where the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused only by other companies' systems, events we cannot reasonably control, or information you gave us that was wrong. This does not limit any responsibility that the law says cannot be limited.
14. Hardship, complaints and help
You can ask for hardship help or make a complaint through our Support page without logging in. Customers can also use their secure account. Our Credit Guide explains how we handle complaints and how to go to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
15. Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms for the future by publishing a new version with its date. Changes do not change an existing loan contract unless that contract and the law allow it. These terms are governed by Australian law, subject to any rules about which courts must hear a matter.
