Complaints

Tell us when something is not right

Complaining is free. We tell you we have your complaint within 1 business day and answer in writing within 30 days. Making a complaint never affects your right to ask for hardship help. If we cannot fix it, you can go to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for free.
